Hi Tori
Now I have a real challenge. ..what kind of Passover dessert recipes do you have for diabetics?

Hi Dave, in many of these recipes you can substitute sugar for another diabetic-friendly sweetener like stevia. I haven’t really tested it so I can’t give you advice on specific amounts.

Speak to the person with diabetes if they are your guest – often, something with a sugar substitute has more/similar amount of carbohydrate as with sugar – so it depends on the person and what their needs are. (for type 1 anyway, often healthier to eat regular sugar and balance insulin for it. sugar, and fruit, and potatoes – all need insulin and a carb is a carb.)
The recipes look great!
